automerged dbl post

Why didn't anyone invent a bump function yet? Too troublesome (people could bump their threads 50 times an hour if they dont see people replying. would be a bypass of the forum rules about multiple consecutive posting). someone just cooked a bump plugin for nybb recently, pretty much still unreliab...

automerged dbl post

Doublepost automerge: Not necessary. Given the nature and current size of the forum, allowing bumps would not be undesirable. If implemented, allowing a doublepost period of 6 hours should be significantly optimal. Bumps occuring any earlier than that would be rude, if not denotating impatience. Â ...

remember the last rom

There is a small listing of the latest used roms. Its in FILE -> RECENT. The top one is the latest one played. You can load it via a keyboard shortcut of CTRL+F1 (similar procedure with other game, F2, F3, etc...) Â You can also freeze the listing, though its not needed (frozen, it'd be like a book...

[Experimental] Graphic output for old/lowest-end graphic cards

Cheat Database Discussion

how about a database instead (or flatfiles)? easier updating, easily searchable (for updating it with new codes) that is, only for the code collecting effort itself, not the format itself that was discussed earlier

New protective measures

It seems that the people violating the gpl are posting that they can bypass the encryption. My suggestion is to password protect the svn/download area until this issue is resolved either have them join us so they don't violate the gpl or they cease and decist their violations  Idiots looking for ...

New protective measures

The specific case you refer to has been studied thouroughly at NGemu (in the 2 threads linked here and internally), and confirmed as a lame fake posted for 5 minutes of fame.

It is advised to use only trustworthy binaries from reputable sources, or the official websites for these projects (unknown builds carry a risk of being vectors for viruses and malware).

Super Mario 3 Special

It's a pretty obscure game indeed. Since it's an unlicenced game, could be sloppy coding that's causing it to fail to run properly... It uses a nonstandards mapper (mapper bankswitching could be tried, but the benefit of such an effort expense would be expected to be trivial at best) Â Do all emus ...
