RE: motion problems.
Hmm it seems Wario Ware Twisted isn't supported as it comes with a special cartridge w/ motion sensor.

Here is from the game description:
Quote:The original's mini games were based around tapping one or two buttons on the GBA. For this sequel, Nintendo has equipped the cartridge with a motion sensor which can detect how you're much you've rotated the Game Boy Advance system from its standard playing position. Most of the mini games use this input system exclusively. In addition to the motion sensor, the cartridge has a rumble motor which shakes a bit as you rotate the system.

RE: motion problems.
motion sensor support is a hack that has to be implemented per game since not all implement it the same way.

I seriously doubt anyone will ever really implement it for all games, since even doing it for tilt and tumble only enabled a handful of gamers that cared.

RE: motion problems.
try the gamecube/wii port of vba-m instead.

With support for motion via the Wii Remote, it is supported in that.

You can play Wario Ware Twisted with D-Pad using the patch here http://www.pocketheaven.com/ph/bubbz/fil...d-wwtc.zip

make sure you rename the ips file to be the same with your gba rom name
