Not shown on install List Ubuntu 10.10
I've installed the i384 SDL, but it didn't show up on menu
Because it wasn't gui I figured it wouldn't show up on my shortcuts
so I decided to download the GTK

tried to Install the GTK+ but It said it contained untrusted sources
libgtkglext1 libgtkglextmm-x11-1.2-0

So i decided to download and install the tar.gz
Which worked, but still doesn't show up on my shortcuts

Is the first install interfering with the others?
I'm not exactly sure how to uninstall previous packages

Edit:
I've typed vbam in the terminal, and I am able to run a rom
But it feels sloppy : /
Love the good 'ol windows start menu

Try restarting the computer or installing something from synaptic. The menu did the same thing to me and after either of those 2 events it showed up. Also you could run gvbam in the terminal for the gui.
