useing svn 1030 load this game,when "Press Start" appear,Look Attachment

Hacked / Bad Dump.

Mario Party Advance works fine.

and im saying it works fine in 1030, so the only possible reason is the dump is hacked or bugged.

Do you Really tested this game?
please post your useing ROM's Information for test and verify it's a bad/hacked ROM,here are my(attach file)

Yes, exactly the same ROM and working fine.

try ticking the Disable Cheats options in the cheats menu.
