Arrow keys issue

Hi, I have been recently playing a hacked pokemon rom (pokemon septo conquest) and I am 3 badges in. However, when I finished my most recent battle my arrow keys started moving my screen and not my character. They still work when I open my start menu and go into my bag. I have no clue what I did and I could not find anything relevant on google.
